These Terms of Sale apply when you purchase a ZionFlow digital product, subscription, bundle or professional service.

Orders and acceptance

An order is subject to successful payment, product availability and information reasonably required to perform the service. If ZionFlow cannot accept or fulfil an order, an appropriate cancellation or refund will be arranged in accordance with applicable law.

Prices and currency

Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. The checkout price at the time of purchase governs the transaction, subject to obvious errors handled in accordance with law. Taxes, where applicable, are handled according to checkout settings and applicable law.

Government and third-party fees

For registration and compliance assistance, the ZionFlow price is a service fee unless the product page or quotation expressly states an official fee is included. Registry, certification, government, payment or other third-party fees may be additional.

Service scope

The service scope is the product description together with any written quotation, proposal or agreed brief. Material work outside scope may require a revised quotation or additional payment, which will be approved before proceeding.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide complete and accurate information, documents, content, approvals and access. You confirm you have the authority to supply materials and that information supplied for regulatory filings is truthful and authorised.

Timelines

Timelines are estimates unless expressly fixed in writing. They may change because of customer delays, revisions, third parties, regulators, technical issues or events outside reasonable control.

Digital and AI products

Digital products and AI tools are supplied electronically. AI outputs must be reviewed before use and do not guarantee business, legal, financial or marketing outcomes.

Registration and compliance services

Purchase does not guarantee registration, certification, approval, compliance status or a regulator processing time. Final decisions rest with the relevant authority and depend on customer eligibility and information.

Discounts and bundles

Discounts apply only where confirmed at checkout and may have eligibility, quantity, date, product or combination restrictions. Bundle discounts do not change the underlying scope of each included service unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds

See the Refund & Digital Products Policy and Subscription & Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Electronic records

Order confirmations, invoices, checkout records, emails and account records may form part of the electronic record of a transaction.
