These Terms of Service govern your use of zionflow.co.za and ZionFlow digital products, subscriptions and professional services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the applicable product description, Terms of Sale, Refund Policy, Subscription Policy and Privacy Policy.

Legal capacity and authority

You confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority required to enter into the transaction, or that you act with valid authority for the person or business on whose behalf the order is placed.

Customer information and cooperation

You must provide accurate information needed to fulfil your order. Professional and compliance services may depend on timely documents, access, briefs and approvals. ZionFlow is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late customer information.

Acceptable use

You may not use ZionFlow to break the law, infringe rights, gain unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false regulatory information or interfere with the security or operation of any system.

AI-powered features

AI-generated outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. ZionFlow AI tools are for business planning, content, marketing and general informational assistance and are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing or implementing them.

No guaranteed business results

Marketing, website, branding, AI and growth services do not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, followers, approvals or other commercial outcomes.

Business registration and compliance assistance

ZionFlow provides administrative assistance and is not CIPC, SARS, UIF, the Compensation Fund, a law firm, an accounting firm or a government authority. Government or third-party decisions, processing times, systems and eligibility rules remain outside ZionFlow's control.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of materials you provide and give ZionFlow permission to use them only as reasonably necessary to perform the service. ZionFlow retains rights in its pre-existing branding, systems, templates, prompts, methods and reusable materials. Rights in bespoke deliverables are governed by the product description, quotation or written agreement.

Third-party services

ZionFlow may rely on Shopify, payment providers, hosting services, social platforms, registries, government portals, AI providers and other third parties. Their services are subject to their own rules, availability and policies.

Suspension

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, non-payment, unlawful use or material breach.

Liability and statutory rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZionFlow is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party failures, customer-supplied errors, AI outputs, regulator decisions or business results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Customers may use any statutory complaint, regulator, ombud or court process available under applicable law.
