PAIA & POPIA Requests

This page explains how to contact ZionFlow about access to records or personal-information rights. It is not a substitute for a formal PAIA manual where one is legally required.

POPIA requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation of whether personal information is held about you, access to that information, correction, deletion, objection to certain processing or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing.

Send requests to hello@zionflow.co.za with the subject “Privacy Request”. Appropriate identity verification may be required to protect information from unauthorised disclosure.

PAIA requests

Where the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 applies, a requester may need to follow the prescribed PAIA request process and forms. Contact hello@zionflow.co.za for the appropriate contact or record-access information applicable to ZionFlow's contracting entity.

Important

A complete PAIA manual depends on formal entity details, information-officer details and categories of records. ZionFlow will not publish invented or unverified legal-entity details.
