ZionFlow wants customer issues handled clearly and fairly.
How to complain
Email hello@zionflow.co.za with the subject “Complaint”. Include your order number where relevant, a clear description of what happened, supporting information that is reasonably necessary and the outcome you are requesting.
What happens next
ZionFlow will review the available information, may ask reasonable follow-up questions and will communicate the outcome or proposed resolution using the contact details you supplied.
Possible resolutions
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a resolution may include correcting information, restoring access, completing outstanding service work, re-performing part of a service, issuing an appropriate refund or credit, or explaining why the requested remedy is not available.
Privacy complaints
Privacy complaints can also be submitted as a “Privacy Request”. If you believe your rights under POPIA have been infringed, you may have a right to complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
External rights
Nothing in this process prevents a customer from using a statutory regulator, ombud, tribunal, court or other remedy available under South African law.
