Business Registration & Compliance Service Terms

These additional terms apply to ZionFlow business registration, annual return, beneficial ownership, company amendment, name, B-BBEE EME, UIF, Compensation Fund and related administrative assistance services.

Nature of the service

ZionFlow provides administrative assistance. ZionFlow is independent from CIPC, SARS, UIF, the Compensation Fund and other authorities and does not guarantee a regulator decision or processing time.

Customer authorisation

By ordering a filing service, you confirm you have authority to act for the business or person concerned and authorise ZionFlow to use the information you supply to prepare or administer the requested filing or process.

Accurate information

You are responsible for complete, truthful and current information and for supplying requested supporting documents. ZionFlow may pause work if information appears incomplete, inconsistent or unauthorised.

Official fees

ZionFlow's displayed price is a service fee unless the product page or written quotation expressly states that an official government or third-party fee is included. Official fees can change and may be payable separately.

Eligibility and outcomes

Authorities determine eligibility, approval, registration, certificate issue and compliance status. ZionFlow cannot override official requirements, system outages, backlogs, verification requests or rejections.

Turnaround times

Any turnaround estimate relates to ZionFlow's administrative work and/or expected third-party processing based on available information. It is not a guaranteed government processing time.

Legal, tax and accounting advice

Unless separately agreed with an appropriately qualified professional, these services do not include legal opinions, tax advice, accounting advice or an audit of your broader compliance position.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund & Digital Products Policy. Official fees already paid to third parties may be non-refundable unless recovered.

Privacy

Personal and company information is handled under the Privacy & POPIA Policy and may be shared with the relevant authority or provider where necessary to perform the authorised service.
